Terms of Service

1. Service Description

God of Space ("the Service") is a Chrome browser extension that helps users analyze and manage their Google account storage. The Service scans Google Drive and Gmail metadata, displays storage breakdowns, and enables users to delete files and emails they no longer need.

The Service operates primarily within your browser. A backend server handles licensing, payment verification, and OTP delivery only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use God of Space. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Google Account Access

To use God of Space, you must authorize the extension to access your Google account through Google's OAuth system. You understand that:

• You are granting the extension permission to read and modify your Drive and Gmail data as described in our Privacy Policy
• The extension acts on your behalf — any files deleted or trashed are deleted by your authorization
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

4. Plans and Pricing

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes full scanning and a limited cleanup allowance to bring your storage under 15 GB. No payment or registration is required.

4.2 Single Plan (₹249, one-time)

The Single plan provides one full cleanup session for one Google account. Once the cleanup session is used, the plan is consumed and cannot be reused or transferred.

4.3 Unlimited Plan (₹449/year)

The Unlimited plan provides unlimited cleanup sessions for multiple Google accounts for 12 months from the date of purchase. Access can be shared with others via the OTP verification system.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases. Price changes do not affect existing active plans.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

• Refund policy: If the extension fails to function as described and we cannot resolve the issue, we will offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@godofspace.com with your payment details.
• No refunds are provided for plans that have been fully used (Single plan consumed, or Unlimited plan after substantial use).
• Refund requests after 7 days are handled at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access accounts you are not authorized to manage
• Share, redistribute, or resell your license key or access credentials
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Use the Service in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service
• Use automated systems to interact with the Service beyond normal use
• Attempt to bypass payment or licensing restrictions

7. Data Deletion Responsibility

When you delete files or trash emails through the extension:

• Files moved to Google Drive trash can be recovered within 30 days through Google Drive
• Files permanently deleted (via "Empty Trash") cannot be recovered
• Emails moved to Gmail trash follow Gmail's standard retention policies

God of Space provides a backup-as-ZIP feature to download files before deletion. We strongly recommend using this feature for any files you may need in the future.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That storage calculations will be 100% accurate (Google's API may report approximate values)
• That all file types can be backed up (some Google-native formats have export limitations)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, God of Space and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any data loss resulting from your use of the deletion features
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Any interruption to your Google services

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan.

10. Third-Party Services

God of Space integrates with third-party services that have their own terms:

• Google: Your use of Google Drive and Gmail is subject to Google's Terms of Service
• Razorpay: Payment processing is subject to Razorpay's Terms of Service
• Chrome Web Store: The extension is distributed subject to the Chrome Web Store Developer Agreement

God of Space is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Google LLC.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and revoking Google permissions.

Upon termination, your local data is removed with the extension. Backend license records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
